There is a difference between physics and predetermined animations. I would rather sacrifice a bit of physics for more unpredictable gameplay. 2k is cool and all but it feels like all you do now is press one button and your character does the rest through an animation you have little to no control over. To me this looks good enough to give people another option in case they want a breather from 2k this year. Same goes for PES, something else to get instead of FIFA each year. Now all we need is a madden competitor

this is best nba live has looked since they started making it again. although i didn't like the way those first two turnovers looked. it reminded me of the bogus turnovers you get in 2k when someone doesn't actually try to steal the ball but they steal it anyway. me and my friends call it a rub steal because you lose it by bumping into to someone.

Spent a few hours playing the demo and it was amazing. The graphics are good, the scan face is good and tried out the multiplayer. Seamless and few hitches. Even though its a Demo it played really crisp. At 39.99 its a steal and will compete with 2k. Especially if the EA servers > 2K servers

The sound of basketball bouncing off the floor is utterly terrible. The physics are bad, the animations are awkward. Really, no hopes for EA, again

The game is not completely bad but the thing Live has going against it is that NBA 2K is so far ahead of every aspect of a basketball video game as far as mechanics, mo cap, etc. Live just looks like what 2K looked like a few years ago. I give them props for still making the game.

Looks like an improvement but everything seems soft and floaty. I just hope Live can give 2K some competition again so 2K could get back to being great.

On all the live videos ive seen there is just something off about the gameplay players seem to slide instead of move fluid like 2k live still has a long way to go im still gone cop midseason tho by that time it should be patched up and be a way better game
