How to share PowerPoint slides in Microsoft Teams

If you’re leading a presentation and need to share your PowerPoint slides during a Microsoft Teams meeting, here’s how:
• Once your meeting is active, select “Share.” Then choose the presentation you wish to share under the “PowerPoint” category.

• If you’re a meeting participant and would like to move forward or backwards without interrupting the presenter, you can do so by clicking the arrows next the “Slide” button at the bottom of the screen.

• You can also sync your view back to the presenter’s at any time by clicking “To presenter.”
