2 cups cauliflower florets
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 teaspoon red chili powder / paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and air fry at 200C or 390F for just 12 minutes shaking the #airfryer basket in between

Mine got burnt, i don’t think Gobi requires 12 mins really at 200c. it’s good idea to check in between if it’s done or not
