I remember once I was reading at a library and out of nowhere I smelled the scent (jasmine flowers) of my old best friend and nostalgia of summer together and amazing memories rushed to me. Currently I am in this situation. I had been talking to this guy for about 8 months and recently at the top of the year I started my clinical rotations for school and left the city. In this last 6 months we have not talked but I have been thinking about him and missing him for months.
