If you have some scratchy sounds when you adjust your amps volume it may be time to clean them. Here I have a Roland DAC-50D amp that has this issue.
You can use electronic cleaner but as an electrical engineer I have often used isopropyl alcohol for pcb cleaning and it seems to work a treat.
