Ya know we actually had Sedition in Seattle. Chaz declared themselves independent which isn't much different than the south in the 1860s. I'd wager its the same because they did it with the approval of the mayor and govenor. The only one that disagreed was the police chief when they were forced to abandon the 13 blocks and their own damn police station

Evidently, the actual "arms" they brought into the Capitol building included a stick and a dog. They left the scarier weapons at their hotel rooms, evidently opting to respect the D.C. laws against firearms in their effort to overthrow the government.

And it turns out that little more than a dog and a stick were required to breach the Capitol building of a super power. Man, these guys were some bad-ass operators! The things they could do with a dog and a stick!

Where is Ray Epps on that indictment? He was an Oath Keeper and an associate of Stewart Rhodes, present at the capitol and directly encouraging people to breach barricades and force their way into the building — how is he not charged with the rest of them? If there was a conspiracy, he was part of it, and is one of the few people actually caught on video coordinating the breech.
