Ive got an issue.. i tried the free trial with amazon prime for 30 days however when i started the trial i cancelled my subscription immediately so that i wont be charged at the end of the month.. however i still got charged and ive checked if i was subscribed .. i havent and never been .. i reached out to customer service and they too told me im not subscribed
