50ml Warm Freshmilk
2 Tbsp Sugar
7g Instant Yeast
500g or 4 cups Flour (i used All Purpose Flour- Mehl 405)
150ml or ¾ cup Warm Fresmilk
1 Egg (Large)
Bloom Yeast
100g or ½ cup Softened Butter
1 Egg Large

Expanding or Rising Dough Time: 60mins after Kneading or before Forming and 45mins or 60mins after Forming.
Baking Time: 20mins-25mins
Baking Temperature: 175 Degree Celsius Pre-Heated Oven, Set to NO FAN.
