THE BEST mall restaurant, hands down. 

Per Meal Prep: 591 Calories | 48.6g Protein | 13.4g Fat | 64g Carbs

Makes 5 Meals:

•1000g chicken thighs Cubed up. 

MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
• 50mL soy sauce
• 20g sesame oil
• 8 garlic cloves
• 90mL Sugar free maple syrup
• 2 tsp Ginger powder
• Black pepper

Reduce the sauce all the way and get a nice sear.

• Cabbage 
• broccoli 
• carrots
• Salt and pepper
• 10g Avocado oil
• Splash of water to steam

200g of cooked white rice and add COOKED cauliflower rice if you want want more volume. Please cook off your cauliflower rice in the pan to get that awful taste out. Trust me, it works. You cant even taste it

I love this but my issue is, I get corrected on day 3, any tips for how to prep different sides, n still be cost effective
