SimCity 4 Network Addon Mod (NAM) installation guide

In this tutorial I will show you how to install the latest version of the Network Addon Mod (NAM) for SimCity 4. NAM version 46 is the latest as of the recording date. I will also show how apply the 4GB patch and how to remove a previous version if you have one installed.

Great tutorial, but I was looking for a more advanced tutorial. Specially going one option at a time and explaining what it does. For example in the one way road networks I had to try every plugin one by one to actually see what everything does, and also specially on that OWR part, you can select one way arrow elimination and also single arrow for one way road, which makes no sense. I would love someone explain to detail what it does.

When I try to patch the 4gb to the SimCity 4 Deluxe application, it just says "Catastrophic Error" :(

is there a way to download the mod when you got the game thru the EA app? It says that the mod wont work if you downloaded the game through the EA app

bat folder shows an error message. 4gb folder not found. 4gb patch dose not show sim 4 deluxe exe. it shows sim 4 deluxe.cfg any help? game wont load in current state.
