I live in Waterloo Region(Cambridge ON), we moved to bi-weekly pick up in March '17, we now put out three times as much recycling weekly and usually put out only one bag of garbage bi-weekly(4 persons).

The city isn't considering larger families.
Lets say a family of 5. A father, mother, and three children and a pet. With the current limit of bags there is a back log of garbage piling up in peoples backyards waiting for those rare days when more bags are allowed.

I had to block some people because of such garbage. Stuff does get recycled. And yes I sound like someone from the big corporate area and not from fantasy. So don't listen to those who tell lies.
