I also increased my ability to get inbound leads through Upwork, Fiverr & social media, so new prospective clients were coming to me every single day, instead of me having to apply to dozens of jobs a week, like I used to in 2021.

2. I put extreme importance on processes that would save me time and energy, and allow me to deliver my best self and results to my clients every day. These included new client pre-qualifying, questionnaires, onboarding questionnaires, and standard operational procedures, that would immediately take place the second someone signed a contract, that would carry them out through the totality of the contract. I knew my time was valuable, and so is yours. You are a business owner, and your prospects or clients need to work for you instead of you always working for them.

3. I learned and absorbed as much knowledge as I possibly could. I hired 3 different mentors for 3 different things, I outsourced things that I wasn’t good at, but I knew I needed, I read over 20 books about how to build, manage, and scale a business, I bought courses. The whole 9.
