CHOCOLATE WAFFLES | easy breakfast recipe

Hi! Today is a recipe for chocolate lovers)) Chocolate waffles poured with melted chocolate sprinkled with crunchy balls, what could be better) Perfect for a weekend breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:

240g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
100g brown sugar
40g cocoa powder
3 large eggs, separated
500ml cream
100ml sunflower oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

For serving:

whipping cream
Lindor balls, melted
crunchy balls (I use Maltesers)

COOKING METHOD:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, and cocoa powder.
2. In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, cream, sunflower oil, and vanilla extract.
3. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
4. Bake the waffles for 4 minutes.
5. Serve with whipped cream, melted Lindor balls (can be replaced with any melted chocolate), and crumbled crunchy balls (I have Maltesers).
