I've only ever made mine by separating the eggs and whipping the whites. I'll have to try your way it would be much less work. They look good though

I made some waffles today with the same exact waffle maker as you. Except mine is black. They turned out good but I personally don’t like adding blueberries. I know those taste good though.

Edit: you don’t need that thingy to open up the waffle maker as it cooks.

I’m just making it in the process, it’s good but more bland than I wanted I guess more sugar…. Actually vanilla extract would be perfect 🎉
