Feeding a fostering baby crow | Vet Visit #shorts #birds

I've been fostering a baby crow from some days now and in case you happen to do the same someday then this is the menu that can be offered to a baby crow-
1. Pet food - as they need high protein in their initial lifestage, soaked and broken puppy or kitten food can be fed to them.
2. Eggs - boiled eggs with broken and mashed eggshell is also a great protein source for them.
3. Fruits - they love most of the fruits especially berries.
4. Vegetables
5. Meat
6. Grains
7. Nuts and seeds - sunflower, flax seeds, peanuts are enjoyed by them.
8. Lentils
9. Paneer
10. Soaked chappati and cooked rice

Also, needless to say, offer them water with a syringe at regular intervals.

Can you feed them raw meat? I’m curious? I have a baby crow that the mom wanted me to find. She was cawing like crazy outside of my apartment until I found the baby she stopped and flew away. I give her seeds all the time and saw she recently had babies. One didn’t make it. I saw the remains of it in the parking lot under a big tall tree when I came home from work last week. The other was on the ground yesterday barely moving. Today it was hopping but the mother was freaking out. Constantly yapping. I noticed a lot of lost feathers. Cause we’re in California I think something got to it cause it’s missing feathers. I gave it water out of a plastic dental syringe from work. Blended blueberries and tried to feed it to him through another syringe I had and he didn’t want it. Is cat food the ideal food for them? Tried calling animal care and they’re closed. Right now it’s sleeping with a two hand towels in the middle of my neck rest for the plane. Thank you for reading my rant. Please help!
