Just to make it clear, his time lag calculation ( time dilation in pgr word) does not come from any of his reso chain sequences so, he has slight time dilation on his forte circuit and reso liberation at S0 which makes him not just a main dmg dealer but also a stagnation type character same as spectro rover with his ult and outro skill.

Also to add more info, his sequences are only dmg and crit increase. Theres no added gimmick or resistance shred. He's pure dps.

I noticed that everytime when Yao use his Ult and Forte, The boss is slowdown time like domain expansion

that is S6
1. He dealt 70K per reign (S0 deals 30K still good because you can use it thrice, and her burst duration is 25 seconds so.... just don't use all the cubes)
2. additional damage on reign S1
