Great video and excellent advice. The only thing you did not mention was the importance of recognising when your body is telling you it is time to ease up and take a break. Much better than lstening to advice of other people to press on beyond your current fitness level and injuring yourself. I know this from painful exerience.

I still do this run-walk if my heartrate goes too high during Long Runs. It’s game changing👌🏻👌🏻
