from what i understand is that they all bleed and lose their light if they dont obtain another uchihas sharingan. like for madara when he was still in war with hashirama (first hokage) his eyes bleed and after he obtain his brother eye, he became unstoppable and dont bleed no more. Same goes to sasuke uchiha, after he obtain itachi's eyes.
kakashi is not the original user of the sharingan and obito give it to him, so his not goin to bleed no matter how many times he use it. itachi's eye bleed bc its his own sharingan and same goes to sarada.
