If an agent comes to my house and gives me the three options one of them being "I decide not to take the listing" that agent is out of my house yesterday. I would show her the door real quick. It takes a lot of confidence and experience to say something like that.

Hello I am a new realtor and I am just getting started . Now that my kids are grown I have the time to dedicate my self to real estate. I want to succeed . I am a go getter and really all in. I need a good mentor to guide/ help me to be successful and grow.I know it will not happen over night but I am putting in the work . I have been putting in place all you have said to do .
