Tonight, I experienced something that left me in awe of God’s protection over my life. I stayed back at the office a few hours after closing to finish a report for my boss. Once I was done, I stepped out of the building and stopped at a POS terminal to withdraw some cash. While walking down the pavement, listening to this song that deeply resonated with me, something extraordinary happened.

A bike speeding at about 30-40 km/h came towards me. In a flash, it hit me, but to my shock, I stood unharmed. The rider, however, lost control, fell to the ground, and was tragically hit by a car. His items were scattered across the road. Meanwhile, I was left standing, completely unharmed, in sheer disbelief.

I’m not mocking the tragedy that unfolded but reflecting on the magnitude of God’s grace and mercy. It’s humbling how, in an instant, life can take an unexpected turn. This moment has reminded me of how fragile life is and how God’s hand can intervene in the most unimaginable ways.

I’m grateful beyond words for being alive tonight. This experience has shifted my perspective and deepened my faith in the divine. Truly, God is faithful, even in the smallest, most unexpected moments.

This okiki's verse taught me something new about God.

Alatari toru o kin mu, to me means the God that doesn't get worked out at all hence he doesn't sweat. ( You know it will get to a point that Nigerian problem go hit you and you go just remove cap clean your sweat, but he no dey tire for our wahala, he is always up to the task). Thank you Jesus for this depth
