GDP is basically summation of consumption, government expenditures, investments and net exports.
GDP = C ( consumption) + I (investment ) + G (government expenditures) + net exports (exports - imports)

These are basic concepts which you're taught in school.

why does it then give slabwise tax rates ? it says 0 to 3 lacs - zero tax, 3 to 6 lacs 5 %, 6 to 9 lcas 10% ? and both are in new regime ? If there is no tax till 7 lacs then slabs should start from 7.01 Lacs and above ?
