Hi atty. Papano po b malalaman if ung abogado ko naifile ung annulment case ko. Ever since po kasi he never gave me any documentation na nafile nya na ung kaso. And the sad truth after almost 2 years saka nya pa nasabi na may kelangan akong ayusin. I am ofw po. Salamat po

Asked ko po San atty.regarding sa correction place of marriage..nag Kamali ang taga court sa pag lagay ng place of marriage la union instead of bukidnon.naka pag file na po abogado ko motion to correct decision/place of marriage, Hindi ha pansin ng abogado ko.naka receive an din Kami ng finality ..na pansin nlang noong pina register sa PSA na may Mali..Kaya kinulit ko abogado at nagalit na din Kai’s any contrata Neman kasi is until decision lang so I understand..asked ko lang if it take a lot months po ba?kasi Ayaw na ako kausapin ng abogado ko kasi tell decision lang po Ang contrata namin Kaya ako na ang nag follow up sa court..

Attorney na granted yung annulment ko nung August 8, 2024. Eh kaso po sa solicitor general office nag karoon ng MR motion for reconsideration. Pano po yun. Please naguguluhan po ako

I applied for annulment after 14 yrs separated to my ex (2000-2014) i found my partner abroad on 2012, apparently the case went to a long 8 years and the final result was declined coz my ex doesn't agree to annuled our marriage for i knew he wanted to get our house for himself and not to give share to my 5 kids.
Anyway to make it short the money I paid(200K) was wasted now I live abroad and ignored the result happened to my case
now me and my partner living together abroad and soon to be a citizen
i would like to ask u if i hold a foreign passport can i file a divorce while im now a resident of myforeign country?
