I was wondering if I could ask more advice on this tax right off. I fall under the second category and live in Alaska. I got info on the IRS website, but I get mixed up on the rate and how much I can actually write off. Specifically for different things. Do you know which web address has that exact amounts with explanations? Also can you recommend a tax class I could take that would go through taxes?

Hello there .. live in Texas I work out of town 188 miles away from home company pays for hotel for the week and we only get pay $35 per day for per-diem which I think isn’t enough how can I calculate the right amount that we need to get payed and who should I contact to get it approved oh yea I work construction outside and on raining days don’t work at all should at less get pay for the day

Diem = A Day
Bidiem = A Quarter of a Week
Tridiem = 3 Days
Week-Half = 4 Days (Half a Week)
Pendiem = 5 Days
Tribidiem = 6 Days (75% Weekly)
Sediem = 7 Days (87.5% Weekly)
Week = 8 Days
