Alot harder than it sounds or seems! Especially when someone has absolutely no cash 'upbfront' to begin and you have negotiate, broker, legally acquire and rennovate the property before selling it on as a deal, all the while paying the mortgage etc for a potbetially unknown amount of time.

I'm not saying it can't be done or been at all negative here, just realistic.

Theres no so much to consider, actively do and know what to do when issues innevtibly arise. I'd love to learn more and do this but like all current so called 'education providers' thecoirse fees are extortinate and any sort of money on that kind of level might as well be put into a BTL mortgage investment as you rightly advocate for.
