I show you step-by-step how I built my cold frame using simple steps that everyone can do. It can also be used without the lid as a raised bed so its very versatile and only takes a couple of hours to make.

A cold frame is a staple of every allotment, used for sowing seeds, to transplanting plants to growing vegetables.

U need ventilation so wouldn't worry if not too flush. Good cheap option. Only issue is post covid, plastic sheeting is x 3 the cost now.
