Recipe -

Filling:
Chop 1 apple
Mix in:
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cornstarch(optional)
2 tsp maple syrup
Mix and microwave in 30 sec increments or until soft

Crumble:
2 tbs oats
1/2 tsp butter
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Mix with fingers and spread on top of filling

Microwave for 1 minute and enjoy!

Disclaimer I am guessing what the measurements are based on how they look, so correct me if I am wrong👍

This was amazing even without cornstarch. I used a maple brown sugar oatmeal pack mixed with butter for the topping. Divine!

only took me 5 minutes and it was so easy to make! i didn’t add the cornstarch and i totally winged the measurements, but it was really good! 9/10 totally recommend! only flaw was that i added too much cinnamon to mine but that’s on me 😅! if your trying this i recommend a larger mug!
