Trudeau raises detention of 2 Canadians with Chinese president

Canada and China are going through a "challenging moment" right now, Trudeau said in his G20 closing press conference, adding that direct conversations are key to moving forward. The issue of two Canadians detained in China was raised in discussions with the Chinese president at the summit.

so here’s the thing, china is legally detaining the 2 Canadians as at least one of them had smuggled drugs and Canada is basically illegally detaining meng for no reason just cause the US said so so in this case I believe that China is right and has every right to be angry
