Crazy Missile Spam Bot - LRM Marauder II - Yet Another Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries Modded Episode 78

Welcome to Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries DLC "Call to Arms" playthrough. In this video I will show you the gameplay of a full missions as well as the MechLab where you customize your Battlemechs. Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries is a game about stompy Mech action. You take command of a mercenary company and try to grow your income, salvage Mechs and hire Mechwarriors. The game includes a campaign with a vast storyline.

This DLC is all about Melee Mech Combat. With new Melee focused weapons like hatchets, axes and swords you can dominate the battlefield in close quarter combat. Apart from a bunch of new Mech Variants a new Mech joins the ranks of Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries: The Hatchetman. This 45 ton Medium Mech can cripple enemies with its Autocannon and Medium Lasers at range just to close in and take components with its Hatchet.

The release of a new DLC called "Rise of Rasalhague" is already announced for January 26th 2023. As soon as it releases I will cover the whole gameplay experience, storyline, game mechanics and new Battlemechs that will come with the addon.

The gameplay of Mechwarrior 5 is split in two different parts. On the one hand you will have to manage your resources, hire new crew members, outfit your Mechs and travel through the Inner Sphere star map. But the action starts as soon as you get into the cockpit of your Battlemech yourself to fulfill contracts on the battlefield to earn more C-Bills and progress the story. I will review the weapon systems, battlemechs, show you how to build the loadouts and train your pilots and take a look at all the different mission types and upgrades of the MW5 Heroes of the Inner Sphere DLC.

Really appreciate how you tell us what you are thinking when you build a mech in the mech lab. Kind of a learning experience for me to help me build better mechs myself. As far as your new short content, I like it. It was so cool today, when I logged on to YouTube and saw a short from you and got to enjoy the lore of the Atlas. If you make more, I'll watch them.

The missile build looked fun. The Marauder II is such a great chassis for a variety of builds, and has a great style to boot.
I liked the shorts, the lore on the Atlas was nice and a good intro for people unfamiliar with the setting. I will say that the other short you released featuring you jumping and swinging at the Leopard prompted me to go back and re-watch some of the recent past episodes of your MW5.

As much as I liked the arrow mech, this mech is better at not taking out the rear of your lance-mates, good addition for an AI pilot, the cooling lines was a great tip on this build.

AP Gauss = Anti-Personnel Gauss... meant to take out Battle Armor and infantry... basically it's built for war crimes. Double bins SHOULD exist from a lore perspective especially with the introduction of Protomechs.
Also, it's great you get to fight against a Union Class Dropship. Hopefully you can try a mission like that in the next RT playthrough.

Next build: super fast scout mech with all the electronics for recon missions/ target acquisition for LRM or Arrow mechs. For example a Munin Raven with ECM, stealth armor, TAG, AP, etc. Mine runs almost 300 kph, 400+ with jump jets and partial wing system. Hardpoints full on ML/MGs.

Worth noting, Arrow Urbies have a special Arrow IV that's lower weight and without minimum range, but only capable of direct fire. They will happily insert it directly into your eye sockets and fire even if they blow themselves up with the AOE.

That hero Griffin is great for a fast moving medium pulse laser build. It's fun running up behind bigger mechs and backstabbing them, and it's great for recon missions. Throw a 320 engine in it and add a supercharger for loads of fun. And jumpjets, because why not?

To answer your question about spread modifiers, -75%spread means the spread of the shots or missiles is reduced by 75%.

Example: your LBX-20 has a spread of 5 meters at a range of 500 meters. Reducing it's spread by 75% will give it a spread of 1.25 meters at a range of 500 meters.
