I think the twins deserve a lot of respect for the kind of work that they do. Sure, maybe the way they choose to be twins is eccentric and can be awkward to watch, but at the end of the day they aren't hurting anyone and they're making a valuable contribution with their lives and I think that deserves to be highlighted. It's even a good example of how all kinds of different people, including people who are more neurodiverse than we might be used to, can make a difference. Look past their mannerisms to their hearts and I think you'll find two very kind people

i looked up the pelican on the twinnies' pelican rescue facebook page, Flipper recovered and got released a few years ago now(still missing most of a foot but not a pained foot anymore)

Our vet had a trick for listening to the heartbeat of our cat who'd also purr continually making it impossible to check her heartbeat: She turned on the water at the sink in the exam room and the cat stopped purring just from the sound!! Then when she turned the water off, our cat started purring again. Not sure if it works on all cats, but worth a try.

Dr Andrew consistently amazes. I know we don’t see every patient, but the way he handles the really traumatized ones is telling.

I can’t believe YouTube took my post away. I won’t put the full info but there are floor grids with buttons that you can teach your dog to string together sentences. Or simple things like outside, potty, walk etc. it’s incredible. The one dog had an ear infection and she told her owner “ear ouch”
