I've never seen a more blatant example of misleading clickbait in my life. First, her answer was obviously wrong, but it was just one of the options they provided, so calling it ridiculous (in all caps as well) is a stretch. Second, as many people have already mentioned, there was no roast, not even a joke. He pretty much just told her the correct answer, which is what usually happens on quiz shows, even family friendly, non-comedy quiz shows. I'm used to bad titles from this channel, but this one is downright shameful.

Edit: They've changed the title, so my comment doesn't make as much sense now. It used to be "Jimmy Carr ROASTS Sarah Millican For This RIDICULOUS Answer." (Thank you, browser history.)
