I was watching an antiques appraisal show where they were highlighting a gentleman and his Playboy magazine collection. There wasn't much that stuck with me from the appraisal of any of his magazines individually or in its entirety that still stands out from that episode except for one comment that the expert had made. After the appraiser had finally given the gentleman their appraisal of his collection and just before they cut to the next person's item was when it happened. The appraiser genuinely asks the collector "so, what's the most expensive one that you have ever came across?". The moment before the collector could have any chance give her his answer was the moment they jumped to the next item and began discussing it. I immediately erupted with uncontrollable laughter and was practically pissing myself! It's still one of the funniest things I've ever heard asked on a television show.

My ex had a talent for oblivious lewd comments. It's terrible to admit, but after we broke up It's by far the thing I missed most about her.

'You should taste my dad's cream. He made it for us every day' (her dad was a baker and made a sweet vanilla and elderflower cream for sweet pastries).

To her mother, 'My knees hurt. Mouse has been teaching me how to handle his hard woods' (I had just gotten hard wood flooring and skirting and it needed to be treated and stained, sanded and sealed in situ).

'I prefer manual to be honest. It just feels more responsive when you have the shaft in your hand' she honestly was oblivious.
