Career development is getting a revamp as well. Lateral moves, passion projects, and skill-building are becoming the norm versus climbing up the corporate ladder. With remote work options, employees can grow their careers on their own terms.

how about we fix two problems at once. allow entire companies to work remotely, and since the companies in major cities that own these massive buildings made record profits, they can generously donate these massive structures to all the homeless people on the streets of those very same massive cities.
