Will it work if the ipad is just used to view the photo that is being edited in laptop Photoshop or lightroom? Just for us to have a better view of the photo that is being edited in the meantime

Did you just plug it straight into the ioad via a double ended USB c cable and its good to go, or did you have to do all the stuff where you pair the apple account and use Bluetooth and WiFi as a connection? Personally I would love to mirror what's on my macbook onto my ipad so I can do skin retouching in the full photoshop app instead of the mobile ish version we get on ipad

I have a MacBook, an Ipad pro, and a normal 1080 monitor. How can I connect all these three using cable setup. I mean I just hate wireless due to some reason. And cable connection seems reliable so please tell. 😅
