I don’t blame her, Rachel was pregnant for over a year!

In the show she was pregnant at Chandler and Monica’s wedding, and she was still pregnant at their one year anniversary.
It’s a hilarious plot hole brought on (I’m sure) by the writers wanting to save the birth of the baby for the season finale.
