Surviving Mars is a sci-fi settlement builder all about colonizing Mars and surviving the process. I only play three games but you guys are far and away the best at new releases. Not only do I see responses to features requested on reddit and paradox plaza, but the negative impact of the new releases is minimal. You also seem to make no distinction between PC, Mac, and Linux versions. That make things easier for everybody.

This game is fantastic super fun to play, and with continued support like updates like this only make it even more fun.
Busy time with all the PDXCON stuff as well for paradox.

Another thing that I personally would like to do when planning a colony is imagine the effect of view or terrain vistas when placing residential buildings, i.e. placing homes and apartments with unobstructed views of Martian mountains or interesting features and placing farms or industrial plants on sides of domes facing concrete mines or other mundane, gritty infrastructure. Is there a way to make choice of location, location, location improve in-game morale ?

For those that paid for the pre-launch I think there’s a bug with curiosity’s latest update where you loose the launch skins for the shuttle, also if you purchased the full with dlc is there a extra dlc offering for those that pre-paid

Hell yea, bring out DLC's, adds to the game and we dont have to buy them if we dont want to but a great option!! I didnt think this game was going in that direction. Amazing update, going to start playing again now. I kinda burnt out quick on this game and glad to see yall are still focused on the consumer. Kudos. Great work and thank you.

Is there any chance of developing the ability to use the waste rock from mining to backfill almost all the pit left after decommissioning a concrete mine for extra useable space in an advanced colony ?

Any adjustments to resources? Usually right about the time I get my colony humming the way I want it, I run out of resources.

Will maps and resources be changing again? Finding really good maps and opening them up is fun but time consuming.
Also, could you maybe de-nerf copyrights or supercomputing or alien imprints? It's fun to occasionally get something awesome. Love this game and have not stopped playing since its release. Thank you!

I really wish the passages had a dedicated connector on the domes. like the pipes do. I didn't realize that you had to connect it to a build-able space inside of the dome. Also, what is the limit on how far a colonist will travel to reach services? Say, will the colonists travel 2 domes away to reach a service?

Great game! I'm having trouble with the build menu icons. They are going off the right side of the screen because of the various mods icons being added. Can the menus be re- sorted on demand or scaled in size to remedy this issue?
Also "What about Terraforming Mars??"

I felt a sudden rush of euphoria as soon as I saw the new drone/command hub interface. It feels like you should have waited another few months before releasing the game, as there are a ton of features here that needed to be in the game at launch. Still, I appreciate the fact that you haven't abandoned the game and I'll probably be picking it up again soon because of this update.

Thank you for the new content and update. I thought the new tutorial was great for beginners. Is it possible to have an auto pick-up function for the RC Transport? i.e. collect metals on surface. Also return load ability, if you have to move large quantities of goods from one set-up of domes to another; i.e pick-up food at one dome set-up and reload with machine parts at the second dome structure for the return journey. Otherwise, you have to use two RC Transports to do this.

I purchased this game on Steam. I enjoy playing this game very much. Nice agile updates. The detail is amazing. Are there plans to allow one to cycle through universal depots (in the scenario with no transports) in order to level load resources manually? If I create a bank of standby batteries behind a power switch for use in case of a disaster will they stay charged forever or will their charge degrade with time like in real life?

3 days after launch with 34 hours of gameplay, I suddenly lost interest with the game for some reason. But this update made me interested with it again. Can't wait for the DLC's. :D
