As long as the employee consented, no problem. Also people can't expect to just get paid doing whatever and poor productivity.

My work phone stays at work. In my job we are scheduled a certain amount of tasks to be completed per day. We're getting pushed more and more for every metric of our day to be tracked. one of our managers keeps a spreadsheet of all the data. Being on the computer or phone is a fraction of my day. It seems like an invasion of privacy at this point. As long as the task is completed in the time set were good. We all have lives we aren't robots.

Little experiment. Do something you know you are god at. Now, do it in front of an audience. It's a whole other context and one that isn't good. You gonna tell me that when you are getting ready for your day or doing any single chore ever, having someone judging while you do it is helpful?

Do they monitor employees for identity theft or if employees are vetted. To see if they have ties to foreign countries phone smuggling working in someone eises name tax fraud etc...i have now fot tax problem s for the second time or third possibly because of people of certain companies working iny name or social security number.
