Mr fuji is the man at the beginning of the Mewtwo movie, he helped xlone mew in the game and in the movie his daughter died and he tried to clone her along with a squirtle, Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Mewtwo, he failed though with only mewtwo surviving the process
