Consider it a blessing. Europe’s rapidly aging demographics will lead to the collapse of European economies unless younger people are allowed to immigrate into the union.

There is yet another inconvenient truth that no one is talking about regarding climate change, and that is that we need to change how we are living rather than replace the fossil fueling of our existing activity and lifestyles with green energy. Just simply do less with what we have. An obvious example of this would be, curb transportation and travel. Going green takes a tremendous upfront carbon footprint to switch from fossil fuels. Not to mention that green energy technologies of today are nowhere near as efficient as using fossil fuel. Many green energy solutions are also based on location, such as wind and sun, so your options are limited in these cases. Additionally, solar and battery need to be disposed of and replaced in relatively short cycles forever; meaning that you’ll need to mine certain ore, which are limited, to produce these materials, and in some cases, may be unavailable based on the Geo political climate, such as Russia and China sources.
