Every reviewer says Laneige is worth the hype but why I feel it is overrated and normal one and doesn't do anything to lips.

Himalaya lip balm is good but doesn't heal chapped lips tbh, it's a med. Vaseline tin lipbalm is actually a good lipbalm. and let's just not talk about dot n key lipbalm it just dries out my lips even more after it fades.

Keep this thing in mind while going for good lip balm
1 see for spf
2 moisturize
3 no added colour
4 no added fragrance
5 no added paraben
6 balm with lighten ur lips or won't let ur lip dark
7 which has no alcohol

If it has colour tint it will become cosmetic...lip balms should be like pharmacy products

I have the biotique, Wishcare (untinted), Swiss Beauty Kiss Kandy lip balm in the shades Peach and Mulberry, Nivea (watermelon shine), Lakme lip love lip care (strawberry) and honestly the biotique fruit brightening lip balm, Swiss Beauty Kiss Kandy and Wishcare lipbalms have worked wonders for me like the Biotique one feels super hydrating and makes my lips soft and moisturized like heaven in the morning when I wake up tho it gives a slight tingling sensation everytime I apply it but feels so good in the morning (a 9/10 for me). Whereas the Swiss Beauty Kiss Kandy lip balms are not too sticky nor they are highly tinted, they have a thick texture and are very smooth and glossy on lips can also use it as a gloss and gives light tint which I like but the part which I love about it is that it lasts long for like about 5-6 hours even if I eat or drink something so a 10/10 for me and lastly the Wishcare lip balm is packed with goodness and protection as you know high SPF protection PA+++ and Niacinamide, kojic Acid etc, has a Vanilla flavour smell and tastes like nothing, highly moisturising so it's also a 10/10 and the rest are all okay okay probably I'll rate them like 5 and 6 maybe?

I have tried nivea, Himalaya, dot and key lipbalms. Theu did nothing for my chapped lips. Only Biotique and Vaseline lipbalms healed my chapped lips.

Dot and key gloss boss aren’t that hydrating they have a good amount of tint but it won’t help if you have dry chapped lips

Dot n key leave a very bitter taste after applying like you have applied a coat of chemical. Absolutely hate it

Actually I've tried dot and key lip plumping mask cherry flavour which made my areas around lips darker not even within a month, I bought it with so much love butt💔....then i used biotique lip whitening balm and sure it cured my darkness which is sooo hydrating...but when u stop using it(i did because of not showing ingredients issue), you lips will get even more dry😢if u don't stop, heaven ❤i want a natural lip balm which is chemical free, cruelty free, I've been searching for it, until now I'm using vaseline skin protecting jelly for less than a month

I have that Vaseline tin and every time I have to open it I have to smack the tin on the floor to loosen the lid so now everyone in my home knows when I apply my lip balm. Tbh most of the time I dont close it fully and it does a really good job of moisturizing

I use lamel lip oil on a day where i feel lips are too dry and it works wonders.
