All you kids bashing on him just don't get it. These metal stars are pro artists who put up an act for their fans, they don't live their live the way you guys think they would - wearing mask getting crazy all the time. They are artists who has to tell their life through their music and Corey is doing just that with Stone Sour. Honestly, after ulI discovered this band and how Corey sings softer music my respect for him has multiplied a million times. Thats a true musician right there for you.

"I see you but I can't feel you anymore" crushed me to bits.

The fact he can still sing like this after iowa is impressive. The vocals on that album were brutal to listen to an even more so to do I'm sure

I think that he found the balance in his life doing Stone Sour and Slipknot. I think being in Slipknot for him is like he can express the other side of himself, you guys remember that in more that one time he said that he will quit slipknot?, but at the end he did not... may be he need that contrast in his life, he had to struggle with drugs, suicide and alcohol since he was to young. He is a complete artist and a great singer.

Stone stour needs to do a unplugged album would sound amazing. Corey is a insane vocalist. I think singing acoustically not only is harder but just sounds much more beautiful.

I sing this song as a lullaby to my baby.... I know the lyrics aren't really appropriate for a lullaby, but it has a very soothing quality about it. And heck, it puts her to sleep :)

he should make a solo album of him doing nothing but acoustics.

Corey got one of the best male vocals out there..He doesn't even really scream he can just project it really well cause it doesn't sound muffled at all..he is definitely a rare talent in today's music industry. i would like to hear him do a collabo with Amy Lee from Evanescence, i think they would sound awesome together..

i cry every time i hear this song.
for anyone who has ever loved and lost.
i love when corey and his band play acoustic versions of their songs.
there's something very heartfelt and real when acoustically played - for me anyway. rock on corey!

Once you understand that Corey is singing about a time that he was going through a divorce and realize he has suffered from depression the majority of his life then you will understand this is some of his heaviest music ever...

When i listen this song, I cry a lot... I remember when I was 18 old and travel through Brazil of bus and I always was with my headphones and my iPod... I was a free teenager without pain and doubts about my life... Today, I'm 25 old, I work and I feel each more lost and depressive. Miss the old days.
