Very nice introduction on digital circuits (currently watching all videos of this course). Just one comment: You describe "MOS" but you mean FET (field-effect transistor). MOSFETs are just a specific type of FETs. Also, the line between Drain and Source is usually not continuous (i.e., broken). Otherwise, excellent lecture. I wish I took the offer to go to the ETH when I had the chance.
