Blizz making last minute nerfs before the season starts reinforces my belief that the devs don't know what they're doing.

Well this is an underhanded move. So they publish an appealing version of the patch notes, then boast with extravagant multipliers and their willingness to let us have fun (understand play grossly overpowered builds) but then, right before patch day, they tone everything back down to "unfun" levels.

The odd season dev team at it again. Horribly lazy season theme followed with nerfs to kill the fun builds rather than making other builds as good. The disconnect from this team to what makes an ARPG fun is unreal at this point.

With the change to crown of lucion if you use unbridled rage you literally wont have enough fury to cast a skill like HotA for example

This is 2yrs in late summer when I've had the thought "How am i going to play these new games & D4?!" Just for Blizzard to help with undesirable nerfs so i can focus more on the other games. A company for the people!

Blood is actually looking kinda interesting for Necros. Definitely not S tier, but after all the massive buffs to the blood uniques, blood lance and especially blood surge are looking interesting. Even blood wave is looking slightly more appealing with the 300% damage buff and it's capability to allow huge blood surge single target overpowers for bossing. Despite all of that though, bone spirit is looking way too damn good and they gave it as a starter set as well. Throwing Necro's a bone.. EH? Haha

Season 1 devs: we’re never gonna do nerfs like this again, we learned our lesson about nerfing so much at once

Creeping death before had 30-50% but it looks additive. Where the 20% looks to be multipilcative (the

if you look at the present ptr versions theirs the multiplicative X beside the 20%. where the previous version was 30-50% but it was additive not multipicative. where the 5-20 and 10-40%'s that are present right now have the [x] in front of them.

The necro item also looks to have [x] in front of the one you showed, but idk if the present one (old pre-nerfed?) was a much higher value but additive.

edit: most of the changes that were decreases all look to have [x] in front of them now. a 10% multiplicative damage vs 30% additive would be substantial buff not a nerf right? idk if that one or the necro were additive/multiplicative before.

Most of the new uniques nerfed so hard we won't choose them over legendaries... :(

Rogue really needs a unique necklace with one or two passives, like Malice and frigid finesse so that we can stop farming random things endlessly for a godroll drop.
