Isometric exercise has been shown to reduce pain in patients suffering with patellar tendinopathy. If machine weights are not available , isometric loading can be achieved by performing Spanish squats (demonstrated in this video).

I saw it where it was around the back of the knees caps should i place the bands below them? I have pain in top part of my patella
