🤕Patellar tendinopathy? Try a Spanish Squat!

Spanish squats are one of our favourite exercises for those who suffer from patellar tendinopathy.

🔷Perform by wrapping a thick powerband around something, step into each loop, & then walk back so it's under tension. Finally, sit back and enjoy the burn.

🔶This exercise can be performed early on, or as an isometric hold. If performing as an isometric, try to hold this position for 45 seconds, & repeat 3-5 times with 1-minute rest.

Just don't lean back too far 😉

The sky is just doing a regular squat the whole purpose of the Spanish squad is to keep your back as rigid as possible so don't go very low if your back starts to bend forward keep your chest up facing forward

This will cause knee pain in long run, do not try this, if u are too fat(u have a heavy body mass)..try wall squats as simple exercise..

everyone is acting like a trainer with half knowledge 🙄
