Nice and clear, but the title should state that you're using a 3rd party database. This isn't really "how to pass ListView row data into another form", it's more like how to avoid doing so by using a database.

For me Doing something not programmatically rather than lying in the features of the IDE is a disaster for Spaghetti code, that's why sometimes this method are for people who develop lousy things or assignment to pass in school, not real scenarios where you work with other people. Well there is like 100million ways to kill a chiken, so this is just one of them not ideal though.
