I stopped playing WuWa months ago. Yesteday i decide to open it and have some extra pulls left. Got her on 10pulls at 50/50 and the weapons at 7/10 single pulls. So happy. Back to WuWa grinding again. 😊

for the talent priority it should be
skill=forte>liberation>basic> intro cause most of her damage is considered bacis attack dmg, but comes from her skill and forte multipliers. Her basic attacks have really low multipliers and arent really used unless you're looking at her animations

edit: technically you can use her basic attacks for the spinning since the multiplier is slightly higher, but its only good in single target situations and harder to play since you'd have to switch between forms rather quickly and again its only good in 1 scenario so not very oplimal. I myself level all talents equally so this would not be a problem, but for others with more limited resources i think its worth mentioning.
So basically:
in single target- basic>skill
aoe skill>>basic
( at level 10 basic atk spinning has ¬4% higher miltiplier and 1 more hit than skill so the difference is not much, but still there)

Almost lost her to calcharo 😂 but couldn't got her weapon yet, most of it went to her banner sadly i had about astrite that made 100 radiant tide and 28 more only radiant tide, now I have to get more astrite for her weapon 😭

skill prio is wrong. although her main source of damage is basic attack damage, its mainly her redhair form you want to be staying in, which is activated by resonance skill. resonance skill should be prio followed by liberation. you can honestly ignore basic attack talent since it will only scale damage if you arent using her practically only in resonance skill which you SHOULD be using to maximize damage
