I have stage 4 Metastasis lung cancer! It started in my lung then spread to my femur bone and tail bone!

What about someone that lives in a small home and had a bird in their bedroom for the last year. Could this possibly cause a lung nodule and if it can it could continue to grow correct. Bird poop can cause histoplasmosis so I’m assuming it can cause a long nodule, yes?
