Paul, I know this is an older video, but I hope you get this. Thank you. I have never truly understood the nuances to valve springs, installation height, and on the nose height. I had not even a ball park figure of coil spacing needed to know if I was close to coil bind. You are added to my build notes for sure. Thank you again for this timeless information.

Interesting. What about the valve stem? With how much spring pressure can it handle bevore it break apart? Let's say a 6 mm stem on a 40 mm valve. How much spring load can be put on in a engine with a set rev. limiter at 7'500 rpms?

I wonder.. what's the max pounds of spring... you can install in a stock engine? Lol I purchased some valve springs, but they are 22lbs. It seems like I skip a level and that's 18lbs. So should I install the 18lbs instead 🤔
