the main issue with this type of tungsten grinder attachment is that it does not contain the dust. the dust gets everywhere specially your hands (when you hold it vertical to see the grinding), not the most healthy thing. i remember improvised a solution with a cut up starbucks clear plastic cup ( top and bottom, and heat gun). later on you can go for snug fitting Perspex tube (with glued disc cap) with one hole on the side for the electrode

These work great, but suggest you wear a radiation suit whilst using it.
