Just getting into using the TIG welding process, I needed a way to accurately and quickly sharpen my Tungsten tips. Being frugal, I chose one of the most affordable on Amazon. I put it all together and it didn't work on my name brand rotary tool. I modified it a bit and now works great.

The modification I did to the mandrel wasn't difficult, but because it didn't ship in a universal state I give it 4 stars out of 5.

putting a washer under the grinder attachment to lift it a few mm would do it also
I have this one and it fit my dremel perfect, I did have a similar issue with a generic dremel I had

I would have just loosened the collar (the black thing) until the holes were above the disk. Maybe put some Teflon tape under it so it will stay put.
